This beauty was painted in honor of all my fellow female anglers out there- the original fly design was tied by Brita Fordice AKA @seafly907.

My intention behind this piece was to capture the wispy details and layers of the feathers to give it a softness but at the same time giving it a bold black background to make it powerful.
